- All our jewelry is made to order, so please allow 7-10 business days for production before shipping.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- In rare cases, unexpected delays may occur. We will keep you informed if your order takes longer than expected.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns & Exchanges:
Since all our jewelry is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will replace it.
Reporting a Defect:
• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Resizing & Exchanges:
• If your jewelry doesn’t fit, we offer replacements
• Exchanges are only available for standard-size items, not custom pieces.
Refunds:
• Refunds are only given if a replacement is not possible.
• Processing time: 5-10 business days after approval.
