  1. How long does it take to make and ship my order?

    • Since all our jewelry is custom-made, production takes 7-10 days. Once ready, shipping time depends on your selected delivery method.
  2. Do you offer express shipping?

    • We do not offer express shipping options as all our jewellery is custom made.
  3. How can I track my order?

    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
  4. Do you ship internationally?

    • No we don't do international shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

  1. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

    • Since our jewelry is custom-made, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

    • Please email us at sautd.fashions@gmail.com with clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
  3. How long do refunds take?

    • Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Jewelry Care

  1. How do I take care of my jewelry?

    • Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals. Store in a dry place and clean with a soft cloth. Check our Jewelry Care Guide for more tips.
  2. Is your jewelry waterproof?

    • Our jewelry is designed for everyday wear but should be kept away from water and moisture for longevity.
  3. Will my jewelry tarnish over time?

  • Silver jewelry may naturally tarnish but can be polished back to its shine. Proper care will keep it looking new.
