- We do not offer express shipping options as all our jewellery is custom made.
How can I track my order?
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
Do you ship internationally?
- No we don't do international shipping.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
- Since our jewelry is custom-made, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
- Please email us at sautd.fashions@gmail.com with clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
How long do refunds take?
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Silver jewelry may naturally tarnish but can be polished back to its shine. Proper care will keep it looking new.
